LORDLY LUCAS

Lordly Lucas was born on January 15, 1894 in Wewoka, Indian Territory and moved to Clearview early in his life. He married Dora Lamber on February 3, 1922 in Clearview and was drafted to serve in the U. S. Army from July 17, 1918 to July 10, 1919 and discharged as Pvt. In the 1930 U. S. Census it lists his family as one daughter Versa Lee Ruby and two sons Dessivee and Tom and one sister-inlaw MaudieLambert. Heworkedasafarmhand for George Wehunt of Clearview. He died at the age of 95 on January 7, 1989. He is buried in the Clearview Cemetery.
