The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has arrested 42-year-old Richard Dewayne Chambers in connection with two homicides that occurred late Tuesday night in Pontotoc County and one homicide in Oklahoma County. Chambers was taken into custody in the Gerty/ Non area with the assistance of Hughes County law enforce-ment.
