Betty Lee Robinson

Betty Lee Robinson passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Prague Regional Memorial Hospital in Prague, Oklahoma at the age of 90.

Betty was born May 1, 1931 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Harvey and Lucille (Wingo) Scroggins. She grew up in Spaulding and attended Spaulding Public Schools where she was an outstanding basketball player. Betty enjoyed fishing, watching her sons and grandkids play sports, feeding birds and working word puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Betty’s work career was in the area sewing factories, primarily Big Yank Corp, in Wewoka for over 25 years.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband Joe Robinson; and brother Sonny Boy.

She is survived by her sons Rocky Robinson and wife Rae of Sierra Vista, Arizona, and Harvey Robinson and wife Pam of Prague; sister Carolyn Doyle; grandchildren Emily Denney and husband Heath of Ada, Harvey Dillon Robinson and wife Chelsea of Choctaw, Chris Pembrook and wife Lindsey of Moore, and Amanda Stafford and husband Joe of Holdenville; and great-grandchildren: Lexie, Everett, Riddec, Roper, Wyatt, Max, Madden, Kate, and Stafford. Betty is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was held at 3:30 pm Saturday, December 18 ^th , at Holdenville Cemetery Chapel, Holdenville, Oklahoma. Interment followed at Holdenville Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Dillon Robinson, Chris Pembrook, Heath Denney, Everett Denney, Riddec Pembrook and Roper Stafford.

Services were under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
