Billy Wayne Rogers

Billy Wayne Rogers passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 at this home in Yeager, Oklahoma at the age of 67.

Billy was born March 20, 1955 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Ralph Rogers and Leota (Carter) Rogers. He attended Holdenville and Moss Public Schools. He worked as an equipment operator on the pipeline in the oil and gas industry. He attended the Cowboy Church in Yeager. He enjoyed cooking, going to the casinos, mowing, helping other and spending time with family. Billy loved taking care of his mother, Leota.

Billy is preceded in death by his father Ralph Rogers, son Dylan Rogers, and brother Joe Rogers.

He is survived by his mother Leota Rogers of Yeager; grandchildren Ethan Rogers, Erin Rogers, and Bryson Buckley; brother Jim Rogers (Clonda) of Paden; nieces Agusta Rogers, Jimi Rae Baca, Shai McGirt, and Myriah Rogers; and nephew Billy Joe Rogers. Billy is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 25, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dane Robinson and Bill Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Yeager Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
