Joseph Delmont Salvi Bush was born May 14, 1964, to Dorothy & Glendale Bush in Paso, Washington. He was the oldest of four children: Sabrina and twins Steven and Shawn Bush.
Joseph lived in several states as a “military child” until his father retired from the U. S. Air Force. It was then that the family settled in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Growing up, Joe was always an intelligent and obedient child who loved to dance and was always eager to perform in front of others. Joe accepted Christ at an early age and continued to profess a love for Jesus throughout his life.
He attended Webster Middle School and Frederick A. Douglass High School in Oklahoma City. It was at Douglass High School where he was able to showcase his dance moves as a member of the Douglass High School Dancers. Joe loved to “Dress to Impress” and he was known for looking dapper and charming the ladies.
After high school, joe joined the U. S. Army for a tour of duty and then returned home to Oklahoma City where he met and married the love of his life, Tina Dean. From this union, a healthy a healthy baby girl was born, Tiarrah. When Tiarrah was born, he was the happiest he had ever been in his life. Finally, he felt like he had a purpose. He was most proud of being a father and later a grandfather. He worked several jobs including Dayton Tire and Tinker AFB as an Engine Mechanic.
Joseph is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mittie and Robert Hollinquest Sr. and Pauline and Frank Wesley Bush Sr. (of Clearview) and his father Glendale Bush.
He leaves to cherish his memories and unending love, his mother Dorothy Bush, one sister Sabrina Bush-Maxwell, and twin brothers Steven Bush (Ciemon) and Shawn Bush (Jacquetta) all of Oklahoma City, daughter Dr. Tiarrah Salvi-Jackson (Louis) of Boston, MA., grandchildren: Teigan and Louis (Jax) Jackson Ill, nieces: Nicole, Emiyah, and Kaylen; nephew Khamari; four great nephews and nieces; a great great-nephew as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
