Brian Keith Maxwell was born March 27, 1971 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Kenward Keith Maxwell and Lana Carol Maxwell.
At a young age, Brian began working on cars alongside his dad. When Brian got older, he went to school and received his diesel mechanic license. After his dad passed away, Brian became the owner of Maxwell Garage. Brian also owned the Silver Bullet Bar for several years.
When Brian was not working, he loved spending time with his family and precious grandbabies. Brian also spent most of his time with his dog Xander Pushmatawhahaha Maxwell, his best buddy. Brian loved to fish, so on a sunny day you could find him near the water. Brian loved telling jokes and making people laugh.
Brian Keith Maxwell passed away March 5, 2021 in Oklahoma City. Brian is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Maxwell and Madyson Maxwell, three grandchildren: Lily, Jayce, and Tye Wyrick. his mother Lana Carol Maxwell, his soulmate Shellie Rogers and children Amber Rogers and Zack Rogers and grandchildren Brenlynn Moore and Legend Wyrick. Bryan is also survived by his sister Kimberly Maxwell O’Brien and niece Kaylin O’Brien, as well as uncle Rickey Maxwell and aunt Jenny Reddick. Brian was preceded in death by his father, Kenward Keith Maxwell and grandmothers Jewel Maxwell and Ethel Wilbourne along with grandfathers Hoyte Maxwell and Jack Wilbourne.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 12 at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home in Wetumka Oklahoma, and Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 13 at the Cowboy Church in Yeagar, Oklahoma. Rev. John Roberts and Rev. Don Williamson will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Frankie Deere, Zack Rogers, Jimmy Rupe, Robert Merriman, Taylor Deer, Kent Lindsey, and Mike Cutbirth.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Chelsea Maxwell, Madyson Maxwell, Rickey Maxwell, Asi Yahola, Nick McGirt, and Dennis Cornell. Interment will follow at Wetumka Cemetery under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home.
