Service to be Held for Kenneth Joe Harden

Kenneth Joe Harden passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 82.

Joe was born March 13, 1941 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to John Henry Harden and Hattie (Bell) Harden. He attended Gerty Public School. Joe was self-employed and owned a salvage yard. He enjoyed cattle, ranching, selling cars, trucks, tractors, trading and auctions. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, special friend Deanne Martin, and 12 siblings. He is survived by his children, David Joe Harden and wife Nicki of Holdenville, Greg Harden and wife Heather of Calvin, Kimberly Grove and husband Jeff of Oklahoma City, and Brandon Ty Harden of Calvin; grandchildren, Bobby Harden, Bridget Raines, Brooke Cantere, Dalton Nunley, Ashley and Nicole Harden; great-grandchildren, Angelina Harden, Cooper Eagleston, Declan Cantere, and Kennedy Raines. Kenneth is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Viewing will be 9:00am-7:00pm, Thursday, January 25th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.

A family meal will be at 12:00pm Friday, January 26th, at the American Legion Hall in Holdenville.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, January 26th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Thetford officiating. Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Bobby Harden, Delbert "Speck" Harden, Malcom Harden, Phil Harden, Dalton Nunley and Bobby Joe Harden. Honorary pallbearers are Jim Thetford, David Glen Harden, Kenny Blaylock, Bill Nall, Jerry Harden and John Harden. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
