Service Friday for Martha West Factor
Martha West Factor, 68, of Oklahoma City passed away Sunday evening January 26, 2020 in Oklahoma City.
She was born in Oklahoma City, Ok July 9, 1952 to Hester and
Willie West.
Martha was a graduate of Shawnee High School and attended Draughon’s Business School, Gordon Cooper Vo-Tech, and Seminole Junior College. Martha married Joe Factor in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She was a seamstress and a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
Some of Martha’s hobbies included playing solitaire, listening to music, attending church, playing pool, but most of all spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Hester and Willie West, one brother Robert Lee West, and one infant daughter Tuesday McGirt and her late husband Joseph Factor.
Martha is survived by four children Will Jacoway and wife Faith Jacoway of Tecumseh, OK, April McGirt and Carlos Reyes of Orlando, FL, Legus Jacoway and Katie Wood of Prague, OK, Joseph Tebe and Priscilla of Oklahoma City, OK. Two brothers; Edward Harjo, Ryan West, one sister, Joyce Ann Gelino, including 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and many other relatives.
Pallbearers are Ronald West, Claude Burgess, Buddy Wood, William Jacoway, Legus Jacoway, Joseph Tebe and Ryan West.
Funeral service will be
1:30PM Friday January 31, 2020 at Hudson Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Houston Tiger officiating, assisted by Rev Arthur Carpitcher.
Burial of her remains will be held at a later date in the Vamoosa Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Holdenville, Oklahoma.
