Talaesa Eanne Mason

Talaesa Deanne Mason passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 48.

Talaesa was born October 17, 1974 in Oklahoma City to Dale Ladd and Mae-ree Hunter. Talaesa graduated from Holdenville High School. She married James Mason 2008 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Talaesa was a homemaker. She loved being a mother, spending time with her children, grandchildren and family.

Talaesa is preceded in death by her father, special nephew Bentley Ellis, and mother-in-law Darla Gray.

She is survived by her husband James Mason of the home; mother Mae-ree Hunter and husband Ralph of Holdenville; children Aidan Mason of Holdenville, Tyler Skeen and wife Selina of Holdenville, and Gary Skeen and wife Kristin; two grandchildren Luna Skeen and Bentley Hickman; siblings Tonya Martin of Holdenville, Shannon Ladd and wife Tishey of Denison, Texas, Kenneth Ladd of Caney, Oklahoma, Derrick Ladd and wife Summer of Caney, Oklahoma, and Shane Hunter of Holdenville; nephews Tristen Ladd, Kenten Ladd, Zayne Ladd, Tristan and Trigger Ladd, and Stephen Martin; nieces Shanda Ellis, Marissa Ellis, Abby Brown, Savannah Ladd, Cheyenne McNaney, Kaigan Ladd, and Talynn Ladd; and stepmother Freda Ladd of Caney, Oklahoma. Talaesa is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 17th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matt Stubblefield officiating.
