Wilma Joann Eubanks

Wilima Joann Eubanks passed away August 20, 2022 at her residence in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 57.

Wilima was born April 14, 1965 in Oklahoma City to Arthur Myers and Katherine (Sheppard) Emmerson of Wewoka. She received her GED and later graduated with her Associate’s Degree. Wilima married Edmund Eubanks Jr., February 1, 2001 in Panama City, Florida. She worked as a Correctional Officer for CCA. She loved going to the casino, shopping for clothes and spending time with family and friends.

Wilima is preceded in death by her father Arthur Myers, son Timothy Aaron, and grandchild Harleigh Sky Gutierrez.

She is survived by her husband Edmund Eubanks Jr. of the home; children Brittany Gutierrez (Daniel)

of Oklahoma City, Edmund Raymond Eubanks (Allison) of Honeyville, Florida, and Nicholas Aaron Eubanks of Honeyville, Florida; grandchildren Hazel Gutierrez, Timothy Eubanks, Tiara Wilson, and Cruz Gutierrez; siblings Wendell Myers of Macomb, Walter Myers of Wewoka, Warren Myers of Sulpher, Wesley Myers of Macomb, Wanda Newton of Tecumseh, and Geana Weatherford of Macomb. Wilima is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 29th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Veronica Phipps officiating.

Pallbearers are Wendell Myers, Warren Myers, Wesley Myers, Walter Myers and Tommy Kean.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
