Service today for Valarie Stuckey

Funeral services for Patricia Valerie Stuckey will be held Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Wetumka, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at the Wetumka Cemetery.

Patricia Valerie Stuckey was born October 8, 1935 in Seminole, Oklahoma to James Abner Robison and Ruth Belle (Arnold) Robison. She passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at her home in Wetumka at the age of 83.

Mrs. Stuckey was a longtime resident of Wetumka and a 1954 graduate of Wetumka High School. She and Charles Stuckey were married June 6, 1954 in Wetumka. She worked with the Oral Roberts Service Center in Tulsa for 20 years and also owned and operated, along with her husband, Stuckey’s Meat Processing business for 32 years. Mrs. Stuckey enjoyed singing, working picture puzzles and traveling. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wetumka and will be dearly missed.

Preceding her in death were her parents, James Abner and Ruth Belle Robison; one sister, Maureen Ruth McDonald; half-brother, James Robison and grandson, Jeff Stuckey.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Stuckey of the home; one son, Charles Stuckey Jr. and wife Penny of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; two daughters, Pat Griggs and husband David of Wetumka and Beverly Johnson of Wetumka; three sisters, Rubye Smith of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Jackie Bizzell of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Judy Schultz of Sand Springs; seven grandchildren, Sheri Cobley, Stephan Stuckey, Jonathan Stuckey, Randy Johnson, Cody Johnson, Trey Stuckey and Christian Stuckey and 13 great-grandchildren.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Sheri Cobley, Stephan Stuckey, Jonathan Stuckey, Randy Johnson, Trey Stuckey and Christian Stuckey.

Honorary bearer is Jeff Stuckey.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral, Wetumka, Oklahoma and officiated by Rev. Claude Butler.
