Eva Nowicki-McGirt
Eva Anttanet Nowicki-McGirt was born September 10, 1974 in Allegheny, Pennsylvania to Tony Boscia and Geraldine (Stanley) Boscia and passed from this life December 6, 2019 as the result of a tragic auto accident at the age of 44. As a child Eva moved with her family to Jacksonville, Florida. It was there she spent her earliest years and attended school. She lived in several other locations before finally settling in Wetumka some twenty years ago. She has been with her husband David McGirt for the past ten years. She enjoyed playing with animals, music, and singing. Survivors include: her husband David McGirt of the home in Wetumka; eight children, Melissa Sanders and husband Josh of Louisville, Kentucky, Chrissy Nowicki of Illinois, Brandy Eden of Illinois, Candace Deer of Harrah, Oklahoma, Alexandra Deer of Wetumka, Kyle Nowicki of Kentucky, Justin Orr of Kentucky, and Courtney Sellens and husband Cameron of Midwest City, Oklahoma; a brother Ronnie Stanley of Louisville, Kentucky and a sister Darlene Boscia of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren along with other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the Wetumka Indian Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be David McGirt, Austin Schrimsher, Cameron Sellens, Donnie Pullen, Darrick Deer-Buxton, Taylor Deer, and Anthony Mouser. Honorary bearers will be Alex Deer and David Butler. Interment will be in the Wetumka Indian Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka.
