Cynthia Raynee Tadlock Passes Away
Cynthia Raynee ‘Cindy’ Tadlock passed away at her home in Holdenville, Oklahoma on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the age of 61 years.
Cindy was the daughter of Barbara (Reeves) Lively. She was brought up by her grandparents, Harold and Clydine ‘Nana’ Lynch, in the Ventura, California area, where she attended schools and graduated Rio Mesa High School. She joined the U.S. Army and following military service returned to Ventura and earned her LPN certification. She worked at Ventura County Hospital until moving to Oklahoma City in 1992, where she continued to work as an LPN in Oklahoma City and later in Ada.
In her younger years, Cindy enjoyed the 4-H Club and raising and training horses. Her current favorite thing was just hanging with her grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Lively; her grandparents, Harold and Clydine ‘Nana’ Lynch; one brother, Robert Altstatt and her husband, Monty Tadlock.
She is survived by two daughters, Sarah Castro of Atlanta GA, and Shelby Jade Tadlock (Richard Cooper) of Enid; three grandchildren: Jase, Joslynn, and Jaydenn; two brothers, Vic Crow (Holly) and Jeff Crow, all of Holdenville; nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
