Judy Dunkleburger

Judy Kay (Hibler) Dunkleberger was born in Okemah, Oklahoma on January 15, 1946 to Lloyd and Norene (Nolen) Hibler. She passed away December 23, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She lived in Okemah until the 8 ^th grade when she and her parents moved to Medford, Oklahoma. She graduated in the 1964 class of Medford High School. She attended Northwestern State University at Alva, Oklahoma.

December 30, 1970 she and Earl Dunkleberger were married in Holdenville and lived in Oklahoma City until Earl finished PA school. They then moved to Wakita, Oklahoma and live there until 1980. While in Wakita, two sons were born to round out their family. In 1980 they packed up and moved to Holdenville, Oklahoma and both retired in 2010. The past year they have lived in Moore, Oklahoma.

Judy worked in the Hughes County Treasurer office for many years. She could make that adding machine sing a tune and never looked at the keys on the machine with a rare mistake.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dale Hibler, and sister Yvonne.

She is survived by her husband Earl; sons Scott and Susan Dunkleberger of Edmond, and Kelly and Brandi Dunkleberger of Moore; grandchildren Davis, Tyler, Zoie, Sydney, and Lincoln; and sister in law Martha Hibler. Judy is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a whole host of friends.

Funeral service were 11:00 am Monday, December 28 ^th , at Penn West Baptist Church with Pastor Dane Robinson officiating with music by P.D. Brown.

Pallbearers were Bobby Smith, Matt Smith, Jeff Hinze, Davis Dunkleberger, Tyler Dunkleberger and Lincoln Dunkleberger.

Services were under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
