John Terry Eddington

John Terry Eddington passed away Friday, February 5, 2021, at the VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 89.

John Terry Eddington was born on November 6, 1931 to Luather Jefferson and Roy DeWitt Eddington. He was born and raised in Holdenville, Oklahoma. John graduated from Holdenville High School, John served in the Army for eight years. After the Army he worked in construction.

John eventually met the love of his life Annie Ruth Eddington whom he married and spent many long and happy years together. In 2004, they moved to Holdenville, Oklahoma. They lived there together until she passed in 2011.

John is preceded in death by his wife Annie Eddington; mother Luather Jefferson; father Roy Eddington; and his brothers.

He is survived by his devoted and loving beautiful daughters, Willa Grice, and Delana Grice; sister Mildred Adams; grandchildren Jason, Brandy, George (PJ), Rashan, Daneen, and Ayisha. John is also survived by a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. No service is pending at this time.
