Kenneth Davis

Funeral services for Kenneth Davis, Weleetka resident, will be held Monday, June 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Okemah. Interment will follow at the North Fork Cemetery south of Okemah.

Kenneth Davis was born November 23, 1943 in Clearview, Oklahoma to Clifford and Josephine (Forshee) Davis. He passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his home in Weleetka at the age of 78.

Mr. Davis was a lifelong resident of the Clearview and Weleetka area. He married Emma Lou Laskey in Bristow, Oklahoma in 1965. Mr. Davis worked as a mechanic and enjoyed fishing, farming, working on cars and singing to his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Albert, Eugene, JC, Dolvin and Hiawatha and three sisters, Opal, Jewel and Dorothy.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Lou Davis; sister, Essie Mae Grundy; children, Kenneth Jr. (Susan), Anthony, Donnie (Amber), Lonnie, Leo (Amanda, Demetra and Lougenia; grandchildren, Keishia, CJ, Jermaine, Maurice, Kyla, Karma, Deyana, Darion, Devin, DJ, Charlie, Emmalynn, Ke’lani, Kingstyn, Kalea, Amari, Talia, Kalani and Jimmy and great-grandchildren, Dwayne, Khaleef, Quincy, Quinton, Jasmine, Cameron and Kamarla.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
