Norma Louise “Bootsie” Sullivan, a resident of rural Weleetka, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023 in Weleetka, OK at the age of 75. She was born May 12, 1947 in Hartshorne, OK to James Thomas Johnson and Norma Jean (VanMeter) Johnson.
She was a charter member of the Endtime Revival Church where she was faithful in playing the organ and piano for many years. She was a valiant prayer warrior.
She spent much time as a volunteer teacher for Faith Christian Academy.
She married Ronnie H. “Butch” Sullivan on September 22, 1966 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Butch Sullivan, sister, Carolyn Page, and brother, James Johnson.
Bootsie is survived by her son, Ron Sullivan and wife Susan of Weleetka, daughter, Melissa Stubbs and husband Rocky of Weleetka, son, Lester Sullivan and wife April of Henryetta, ten grandchildren, Tiffany Sullivan, Leslie Sullivan, Ron Michael Sullivan and wife Dixie, Andrew Stubbs and wife Haley, Briahna Kincade, Nathan Sullivan and Megan Peavler, Makenna Stubbs, Tylor Sullivan, Bethany Sullivan, and Brooke Sullivan, great-grandchildren; Seth Michael Sullivan, Legend Kincade, Levi Kincade, Laynee Kincade, Owen Sullivan, and one on the way, special sister-in-law, Judy Salyers and husband David of Tulsa, sister- in-law, Arline Johnson of Tulsa, brother-in-law, Jerry Page Sr. of Hitchita, brother-in-law, George Sullivan of Tulsa, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and church family.
Viewing was held from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral Services are scheduled for today, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Endtime Revival Church (393080 East 1137 Road, Weleetka, Oklahoma) with Pastor Michael VanMeter, officiating. Interment will follow at Endtime Revival Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons; Ron Michael Sullvian, Andrew Stubbs, Nathan Sullivan, Tylor Sullivan, Seth Sullivan, Legend Kincade and Levi Kincade.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rev.
Carl VanMeter, Lewayne Tucker, Gary VanMeter and all her beloved nephews and nieces.
