Barbara June Morgan

Barbara June Morgan age 83, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at her home in Calvin, Oklahoma. She was born December 21, 1939 in Calvin, Oklahoma to Tom Elliott and Bea (Dilbeck) Elliott.

She loved reading her bible, spending time with her family, and watching Hallmark movies.

Her favorite snacks were peppermints and cream horns and she drank more cherry limeade than anyone you’ve ever seen.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Janell Morgan; husband, Jack Reeves; husband, James Morgan; brother and sister-in law, Clifford and Freda Elliott; sister, Zora Howell; sister and brother in law, Effie and Carol Stewart; sister in law, Betty Elliott; sister and brother in law, Ellen and Richard Mantooth; brother in law, Paul Cosper.

Barbara is survived by her son, Darrell Morgan of Calvin, OK; daughter, Melanie and Rick Hudson of Lamar, OK; granddaughter, Robynn and Braxton Wiley of Pinedale, WY; grandson, Jacob Hudson of Lamar, OK; great granddaughters, Willow Rose and Evee June Wiley of Pinedale,WY, Echo Morgan of Mayport, FL, Shanda and Mike Amaral of Calvin, OK; brothers, Ervin and Glenda Elliot, Buford Elliott; sisters, Meredith Catlett and Jimmy, Grace Sanford, Billie Sue Cosper, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service was held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Open Arms Fellowship in Holdenville, OK. Interment followed at Blue Ridge Cemetery in Calvin, OK. Arrangements by Hudson- Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, OK.
