Dr. Donnie L. Nero, Sr. Is Honored

On Friday, February 23, 2024, President Dr. Ron Ramming of Connors State College in the A. D. Stone Studend Union Ballroom at 10:00 a.m. presented Dr. Donnie L. Nero Sr., in front of a standing-room-only crowd, with a plaque and photo of the Dr. Donnie L. Nero Fine Arts Center. It was a momentous occasion for all in attendance. Those participating in the ceremony included Dr. Ron Ramming, Regent Claud Evans, Senator Roger Thompson, and CIO for A&M Systems Heath Hodges. Dr. Nero thanked all those who attended, especially all who traveled as far away as Kansas City, Missouri, his family, his East Central alumni and friends, and especially all his colleagues and friends from Connors State College.
