The Oklahoma African American Educator’s Hall of Fame, Inc. announces the 2024 inductees for their induction ceremony to be held on September 27, 2024 at the Grand Casino Event Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The thirteen-member board made their decision on June 24th. Congratulations to the ten inductees. This is the thirteenth year for the induction which makes it for 130 members of African American educators to be inducted into the hall of fame in Oklahoma. Those inductees are: Mrs. Mildred Burkhalter – Rentiesville Mrs. Melba Lois Caddy Jackson – Tulsa Dr. Ruth Ray Jackson – Langston Dane L. Jonson JD, CPD, RP – Oklahoma City Dr. Jason Johnson – Oklahoma City Harold G. Jones M.Ed. – Oklahoma City Mr. Care Levon King – Watonga Mr. Tracy McDaniel Sr. – Oklahoma City Dr. Terry E.
