Noel Lee Mitchell Tuno

Noel Lee Mitchell Tuno was born on September 23, 1964 in Delano, California. She was the daughter of Donald and Iva Cochran.

Noel attended school in Delano. She spent quite a bit of time living in Arkansas as well, but eventually settled in Weleetka, Oklahoma. Noel was a mother of 6 children, and she had many grandchildren. Her favorite hobbies were gardening and gambling. She loved being outdoors.

Noel was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Iva Cochran; as well as two nieces, Kristy Scott of Weleetka, and Missy Patrick of Weleetka.

Noel is survived by one brother, Marty Cochran; one sister, Laurel Patrick and her husband Roy Patrick; her children, Josh Wilbanks of Wilburton, Heather Wilbanks of South Carolina, Jerome Wilbanks of Stillwater, Jessica Langston of California, Kayla Holland of Weleetka, and Jodie and Matthew Mitchell of Arkansas; as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Noel Mitchell Tuno will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Spradlin Memory Chapel of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka. Rev. Don Williamson will officiate.

Services are under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka and Weleetka.
