Connie Sue Peercy was born October 19, 1946 to Marvin Whitlock and Dorthy Whitlock in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She attended Wewoka High School. Connie married David Peercy on September 9, 1966. One daughter, Vickie Sue, was born two years later.

Connie worked at numerous local nursing homes before joining Holdenville General Hospital where she retired after 20 years of service.

She enjoyed going to lunch with her friends, collecting bells, and never missed an opportunity to talk on the phone. She loved the little things, but the biggest things in life was her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, David Peercy, of 49 years; her parents; brothers Gary Whitlock, Phil Whitlock, and Clayton Whitlock; sisters-in-law Linda Whitlock and Louise Parker; brothers-in-law Dee Parker and Orville Rose; nephews Lance Whitlock and Ian Upchurch; nieces Deanne Upchurch, Sheri Whitlock, Shelly Robertson, and Donna Parker.

Survived by daughter Vickie Orsburn and husband Jerry of Holdenville; grandson Jon Hudson and wife Alex of

Rose. Connie is survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Connie requested donations to the Church.

Viewing will be 1pm to 7pm on Saturday, December 7th, and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday, December 8th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home. Family will greet guest from 3pm to 5pm, Sunday, December 8th, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 9th, at the East Main Church of Christ with Kevin Wright officiating. Interment will follow Choctaw; granddaughter Jamie Atwood and husband Dakota of Tecumseh; great-grandsons Marshall Hudson and Sutton Atwood; in-laws Jim Brewer and wife Eudena, and Bobbie

at Oakwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jon Hudson, Keith Gann, Lynn Pettit, Josh Brewer, Brian Brewer, Clayton Whitlock Jr., and Jamie Atwood. Honorary pallbearers are "The Men of the Church."

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
