Charlton Keith “Chuck” Self, 66, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Mansfield.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, at Tate Springs Baptist Church, 4201 Little Rd., Arlington. Interment was in Holdenville Cemetery, Holdenville, OK. Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 3, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Chuck was born on February 7, 1955 in McKinney, Texas to Thomas Richard Self, Sr. and Zeta Laverne Archer Self. He graduated from Lamar High School in 1973. Chuck and Rhonda owned and operated Industrial Cleaning and Degreasing in Midlothian since 1977. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, hunting and traveling to his farm in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Rhonda Hensley Self; son, Dustin Ryan Self; daughter, Lindsey Nicole Self; his favorite mother-in-law, Norma Faye Moore Hensley; brothers, Thomas “Rick” Self and Mike Self and wife, Laura; sister, Cathy Allen (late, Bill Allen); sister-in-law, Shawnette Hensley; grandchildren, Ashlyn Self, Kaylin Self, Hunter Self and Elin Self; and great-grandchild, Mario Grayson Torres; grandson-in-law, Mario Torres; and many nieces, nephews great nieces and nephews that loved and adored him!
