Revel Jack Johnson

Rev. Revel Jack Johnson was born June 5, 1934 in Mortonsville, Kentucky to Howard Johnson and Agnes (Woolums) Johnson, passed away October 11, 2023. He was saved at Clear Creek Baptist Church in Woodford County Kentucky. Revel is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Deward Johnson of Washington State. He is survived by his wife Carolyn (Lilley) Johnson of the home. Also, several cousins, niece and nephew of Washington State.

Tommie Mae Sherrin

Tommie Mae Sherrin age 89, passed away on October 15, 2023 at her home in Rowlett, Texas. Tommie was born on December 17, 1933 in Detroit, Texas to Tom and Eula Smith. She was a loving mother to four children (Janie, Thomas, Earl, Paula), two stepchildren (Sonny, Jimmy), eight grandsons, and two granddaughters. Tommie was a dedicated worker for over 40 years at JC Pennys Accounting Department in Dallas, Texas. Tommie was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Eula Smith; her husband James Denton Sherrin; her daughter Janie Mae Sherrin; six brothers James Lewis, Jimmy, Delbert, Roy, Jerry, and Larry, and one sister Patricia Smith. Also, one grandchild, Wesley Keith. Survivors are sister Lois Sherrin of Rockwall, Texas; children Thomas and Lela Sherrin of Rowlett, Texas, Earl and Celia Sherrin of Grand Prairie, Texas, Paula and John Bates of Terrell, Texas, Jimmy and Alice Sherrin of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Judy Sherrin of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Also, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be 9:00am-2:00pm, Saturday, October 21
