Harvey Lee Price

Harvey Lee Price passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 83.

Harvey was born June 3, 1941 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Aubrey Price and Lorene (Conditt) Price. Harvey graduated from Moss Public School. He served in the US Army. Harvey was a member of the Barnard Memorial United Methodist Church in Holdenville and served as a Trustee. Harvey married Alice Faye Goodwin on June 7, 1962 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He enjoyed cattle ranching, commercial bee keeping, flying airplanes, fishing, the outdoors and his bulldozer. Harvey loved spending time with his family and friends.

Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Lorene, and son Scott Price.

He is survived by his wife Alice of the home; daughter Lori McClure and husband Sam; grandchildren Hillary and Kade Curry, Hayley and Brandon Chamberlin, Kylie and David Dye, Harrison and Meredith McClure, and Molly McClure; greatgrandchildren Hadley, Thea, Lilly, Violet, and Ledger; brother Donald Price and wife Virginia of Horntown; and nephew Leslie Price of Arizona. Harvey is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be 9am to 7pm, Tuesday, April 1st, at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 2nd, at Barnard Memorial United Methodist Church in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Pastor Robert Foos officiating. Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.

Pallbearers are David Dye, Leslie Price, Harrison McClure, Brandon Chamberlin, Kade Curry, and Yates Adcock. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Johnson, Bill Anderson, Sam Stephens, Jerry Logan, Dale Jenkins, Red Thetford, Bob Neeley, Bobby Coy, Sam McClure Sr., Bear Price, John Chastain, Rusty Smith, and Marvin Brooks.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
